Episode 7: Quals are Coming

I took a break from studying to record today.

Closed book, no calculators, no notes. So the math is easy, but I have to memorize the equations and for what assumptions they are valid for, and remember how to draw graphs to qualitatively describe behavior.

Knitting!
Ashton Windows by Karen Kepner Martin in Vesper Self-Striping in the Sweet Water colorway
Daybreak by Stephen West in Malabrigo Lace in the Azure colorway and Schoppel Wolle in the Rainbow colorway

Spinning!
Gnomespun Yarns Shetland top in the Sapphire Surprise colorway 2nd third of the 2nd braid

Suggest a pattern on the Ravelry boards for me to knit, please!

Random and All Over the Place!
Guatemalan coffee
Scrappy Socks
The Stash Graph
Future Lace Projects
Recording episode 8 on the 17th of August

That's all for now, take care guys!

  1. Way too much memorizing for me - I don't think I have enough brain power for that. At least not since I had kids...they suck your brains dry. Now my head is full of stuff like the Thomas the Tank Engine theme song and how many LEGOS it takes to make a rocket. :)
